Re: baitman/Henry 2016
Went out and pushed the edge of the compost pile away from the farmers field, I didn't want to have another spring project to do, then by chance I talked to him later in the day. He offered to turn the pile for me whenever He has his loader near my house. He is moving a deluxe deer blind in later this week and plans to turn the pile then. He also agreed to haul old leaves for me in his 2 ton truck at a later time, the plan is coming together

I've been saving parmesan containers thinking they would work for sulfur and other good stuff in the garden, found this on facebook

Re: baitman/Henry 2016
Went 12 for 12 on my practice seeds, I had never tried soil as dry as this, the top half inch or more was completely dry by the 3rd day I had soaked in seaweed for 6 hours and sanded the edges.
I could bring this up to the meetings if anyone needs it Alfalfa $14 for 50# dried molasses $16 for 50# and kelp is $49 for 50# you can buy alfalfa by the pound which I did for making compost tea, but its a $1 per pound

Tilled in 44 cubic ft of pelite around 3 of the plants today, this is the 1756.5 Howell/Jolivette 14 after a good start the growth has really slowed down. The tiller works great but its a pain if you have walls or fence along the patch the mower cant turn while tilling , you have to back in and till your way out, but I wouldn't trade it back in for a walk behind

This is the 2145 McMullen but its only 5 ft from stump, I don't have any males to pollinate anyway. I added 32 sqft of perlite and some leaf compost yesterday and then tilled and put up new fence, that should be a total of 52 cubic ft of perlite over aprox 1300 sq ft. The boards are left upright so the secondaries can grow under them easy
